At 55%, the roller mill tequila is predominantly alcohol and agave. A traditionally made (roller mill, brick oven) añejo tequila for ~$50 is hard to beat. The flavor profile is admittedly a little weaker than say Fortaleza or Tequila Ocho, but they make some damn good tequila that's smooth and well rounded. Not to mention the nose on their añejo is just incredible, especially when you first crack the bottle.
